Winter INDOOR 2023/24 School of Soccer Programs

Age 2-3 Classes
Our 2/3 classes are designed for players age 2-3.5. This is our toddler development program and instills the love of soccer at an early age. We use a variety of fun games to develop balance, movement, motor sills, fundamental soccer techniques with the ball. Parents, be prepared to have fun on the field with your kiddos! There are no official games for this age group. $15 T-shirts can be purchased at registration but not required and handed out by your coach. These classes are 45 minutes of FUN! Your class will meet once a week at the day/time/location you choose.
Age 3-5 Classes
Our 3/5 classes are designed for players born 3.5-5 year olds. The 3-5 class format is the foundation of our school. We incorporate a wide array of games and activities that encourage young athletes to gradually develop proper techniques for striking, dribbling, and receiving a soccer ball. Coaches incorporate a variety of imaginative soccer themed games and activities with tons of running and social interaction (no standing around in lines with these active classes). There are no league games for this age group. $15 T-shirts can be purchased at registration but not required. Shirts will handed out by your coach. These classes are 45 minutes of FUN! Your class will meet once a week at the day/time/location you choose.
u6-u11 Programs (for players born in 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2012)
The objective for our Academy is to foster a positive learning environment that nurtures peer socialization, sportsmanship, and creativity. We will offer Futsal & Indoor Soccer this Winter (see descriptions below). Practices are lead by our School of Soccer Staff. Coaches will separate players into teams and play games at the day/time/location you register for (there are no separate Saturday games during the winter). Coaches will assess abilities and work to find similar abilities, making the teams even and open to all abilitiies and experience. Coaches will be refereeing on the field while coaching players and advising. Our goal is to teach rules of games while playing and having fun.
FUTSAL- Practices will be held on a gym floor. Futsal improves players decision making skills, provides more touches on the ball, and develops creativity in players. No cleats are allowed in our Futsal Locations.
INDOOR SOCCER- Practices will be held in a soccer arena. Indoor soccer allows for players to work at a faster pace with increased interactions with their teammates. Cleats ARE allowed in our indoor soccer location.
WINTER 2023/24 Sunday League Play
Our Winter Soccer League is for u7/u8/u9/u10 Academy players (players born in 2017-2014). Players will register for the correct age division (u7/u8 or u9/u10) and placed on a co-ed team for the session, so they will be playing with the same team all season and playing other teams. Games will be scheduled between 9am-1pm on Sundays. Game schedules will be released by November 9th and January 4th. All games will be in an indoor soccer arena (played on turf with walls) at Boise Indoor Soccer which allows for players to build their ball control, dribbling skills, and tactical awareness. Coaches will be refereeing while coaching players and advising on the field. Our goal is to teach rules of games while playing and having fun. There are no separate team practices, the teams will just show up Sundays and play.
North Boise Futbol Club
Many of our academy players grow to play with our competitive teams under the club name North Boise FC. We have 18 competitive teams playing in the IYSA Southern Idaho Leagues in the 23/24 Season. Tryouts will be held the first week of June 2024.
